Parts aren't showing.
So I'm a bumbling idiot and don't know how to get the parts to show up. I have the option for the parts to "Show" but nothing still happens. Any ideas on what I can do?

I'm having the same problem and haven't found anything else online or on steam.

you may have to change it in the mod files?

it means hediffs, actual parts on pawns are not included
