how do i use the probes to turn people into more borg?

I have the same question. I have beat them, repeatedly, healed them, beat them to death, let them die after a beating, and nothing. My Borg just seam to lack the ability to make more Borg.

Same as I have repeatedly and nothing seems to make them "Break out in Borg spores"....really wondering how this works????

The nanoprobe currently has no set up code cause of how outdated it is didn't see anything that actually turns pawns

once it worked for me .. naniten directly in the eye .. but I worked on the file so that the disease breaks out faster but which does not work so well 90% of the disease was in the arm or leg which was just a wound and didn't break out and the chance to initiate the nanites at all was with a counter of twenty .. sorry for my bad english hope you understand it anyway haha: D

Incidentally, it would also be great if you could initiate surgery for the prisoners. I have so many prisoners on my cubus where I would like not only to take organs from them but also to be able to directly inject this disease into them via a syringe or an implant

I made a quick mod that lets you create a nanite filled syringe to inject colonists/prisoners with and it should work 100% of the time:

Check out the revisited version of the Borg Race mod, the nanoprobe injectors have been upgraded but must be made from organic nanite substrate. The surgical injection method introduced by DarkStar has been fully assimilated into the mod collective.

yea hthey dont do enough damage so the game doesnt use them i buffed the damage like stupid and then i got infections but it ended up causing most to bleed out
