Unsubscribing from Harmony
Unsubscribing from this mod seems near to impossible: I have unsubscribed from the steam client and the game, I have removed the game files associated with the mod and I have unsubscribed from every mod that had a dependency. It just comes back every time I open the game; I have literally seen the mod folder pop into existence inside the steam workshop folder. The only solution for now is deleting this folder every single time I open the game.
Can you help me out, please?

At least one of your mods is effectively using this mod as a dependency but doesn't list it as a dependency on its workshop page. Search in your steam workshop folder and check which mods are bundled with a CitiesHarmony.API.dll file.

Wow, I didn't realise two mods I was using had this one as a dependency. It was simpler than I thought, thanks a lot.
