Powerup stations would generate mann power powerups on them every 10, 5, to 3 seconds depending on what level it is. Powerups last 20 seconds. How ever, no OP powerups from mann power like the king powerup or crit powerup. I could see a mini-crit, powerup, but definitely no crit powerup.
U realize that the engineer has no other PDAs right? If u do know this, then u seriously want the first ever engi PDA to be a reskin?
- No random critical hits

+ Doubles speed for 10 sec.
+ Jumping launches you into the air with no fall distance equvalent to 15 feet.
- Difficult to pick up. Choose where to place these wisely, as the only way to get them back is to sit through a 10 second animation.
- 150 metal used to build one pad.
It's an idea, and an imperfect one at that. I think the idea of straying from the normal dispensers and teleporters with wacky and insane stuff. It should help to keep things fresh.
Teleporter - Would be replaced with a little reference to portal, you can build ground machines that cost 175 (exit costs less) metal that produces the portal, no recharge rate, they cannot be upgraded and have 100 health. And it alsohas a ten second time to let a teammate be teleported into the area of the exit.
Dispenser - The Dispenser will be replaced with an arcade cabinet that allows friendly teammates to recharge projectiles (balls, jarate, drinks etc.) with a bit less health regen and a bit more less ammo, sorry Huo-Long Heater heavies. If near, it plays an 8-Bit remix of the scrapped upgrade room music. This one can be upgraded up to level 2 only, going from 100 health, to 175.
Sentry - This will be replaced with a little artillery missile launcher (nod to Missile Command) which can be controlled by friendly teammates, they will be in a sniper scope like vision once in, only not zoomed, and a rather greenish color. Once a missile is launched, it immediately goes homing on the first enemy it sees, it even can lock on spies, but has a damage penalty of -%16 and -%9 explosion radius.
