Perhaps make it so even if you don't control a holy site but have say 10k piety and MA is 20% or less allow for the creation of heresy without holy sites. Perhaps causing the county capital to become a holy site for this new heresy.
And maybe add in the feature to organize the heresy in different ways maybe a duke level pope or making it like orthodoxy?

Unfortunately the reformation requirements are the same for every religion and cannot be changed ingame.

This should already be possible by selecting Hierocratic or Autocephalous leadership in the reformation window.

Any chance we could have coronations with the new religion? Also can we change the title of the head of the religion from high priest to maybe archbishop or something along those lines?

I put the religious head renaming in the mod today. Coronation is a very big maybe, but I'll look into it.

I feel like its weird to have the title of a king be "Grand inquistor" so having the religions title be able to be something more monarchical would be great, such as "King", "Emperor", or maybe something more exotic like "Holy King", "Exalt", "Holy Emperor", etc.

They should already be possible if you chose Temporal leadership and any nature except Peaceful.

I don't think this is possible, but maybe the Pagan Reformation rule that's already in the game will affect this too.

I don't think you can because religious head titles always come first (I mean Caliph, Fylkir, etc). I added Holy King to the names because of a similar suggestion. If you have a name in mind, then suggest it and it could get added too.
