Offense Syringe Gun?
Overdose is specifically made for running away, the speed boost only activates when held
Default is rarely used except in support and when retreating
Blutslauger provides a healing bonus, which makes it slightly more viable
Crossbow doesn't really count as a syringe gun.
I feel like the medic class is lacking a weapon that's actually viable for something besides spamming and retreating, something that actually gives him a chance of beating an enemy in mid range combat without having to run away. A syringe gun good in one-on-one situations, as opposed to just a slowness effect to help the team or a +10% damage bonus.
my idea:
*shots fire straight as opposed to in an upward arc
*-33% clip size
*-40% firing rate (for a less spammy gun and more accurate shots)
*+33% damage bonus
*on-hit: -20% speed to enemy for 1 second (hits do not stack, so an enemy wont have -40% on second hit
and yes I know valve chooses but cmon medic needs a good syringe gun for once

It's balanced with slower firing speed, for more accurate/ranged shots, making the syringe gun more similar to the smg, a middle ground between default and crusader's

it needs a faster firing speed a insta kill 1 shot take 10 seconds to reload or 15 over sized bullet
