When I saw 3 of the broodmothers in the same area nearby in the lake forest, They were going to war with all creatures and the Lightning totems were terrorizing everything including myself, Because the stun is from the Eels It's quite effective Immobilizing and stamina draining. Luckily I had the artifact up so it gave me protection and health regen but I couldn't continue to move forward so I had to take steps back and destroy the totems (which is probably the point anyways )making the broodmother even in lvls 20s a big threat.. Might need to reduce the totems because it was pretty much a stun Rave. But since these variants are not BOSS level threat It's probably needed to make the broodmother survive better.
Maybe The Dragon's can have a Lightning attack like lightning Wyvern since it's a Tek Variant, and it's "Fireball" could be a Tek Railgun Blast or a strong Tek Rifle Explosive shot with about the power of a rocket Launcher?
Other than that, I'm really Enjoying the mod so far and like the ability to make one of your survivors a powerful tank, and Solo Warrior but sacrifices the ability to use the shield and you can put a skin on top of the artifact to cover it's visibility since it's large, and noticeable.
I do not have any confirmation on the attack of the dragon that you suggested. I will try out and see if I am able to make that happened.
I have observed their behavior more closely tonight the brood mother and the Megapith version are peacefully co-existing with the wildlife so no changes need to be made with the Broodmother after all.
As for the dragon's 2nd attack I was referring to it's right click attack which was that meteor shot. I was hoping if you could make a 2nd version of it so that instead of the fireball it would shoot a Tek rifle shot Because right now it's damage isn't very strong And has no other purpose other than to long range distract on minor bases and annoy players/creatures. I guess the other 2 mini bosses only attack if something hits them by mistake meanwhile I've seen lower level Dragons Attacking everything since they are predators. So I was hoping the right click attack would be Tek Rifle shots instead. But with the power of 200 since the actual boss hits with about 400.
If you wanted to keep the fire variant which is pretty much a homage to the original Boss Dragon anyways, That's ok and perhaps call this other Dragon mini boss Variant "Lightning Dragon Guardian" or "Dragon Guardian (Lightning)" But it's your call on the names too if you have another name for it.
On the dragon, however, the attack that have line of sight like lighting wyvern doesn't work. The fire start out can be awkward if use with the tek projectile. So I won't change it but I will rebalance the fireball damage.
I am happy that you enjoy the experience this mod can provide.

Oh yes, I'm having fun with the ability to have these creatures as additional tames and the broodmother variant having an unexpected yet welcomed artifact ability that benefits players that manage to tame it.
It would be awesome if each of the dino’s specialised in a couple things that they farm, such as dragon for hide and chitin, broodmother for stone and metal if it’s possible to make em harvest nodes, etc. This would make these dino’s a bit more useful than just traversal, boss fights and passive resource gaining.
If you want to have a different conversion between farming method for those resources, other mods should provide you enough. If you see something missing from other mods or from old mods but the idea is doable then I will look into it.
For those that doesn't disappear, you need to manually kill them. I am very sorry for this.
