I downloaded this mod but the model or npc won't appear comment what you think i should do

WAIT.
I found where it is. Just reload your game twice and open up the menu and go to HL: Alyx.

yeah, i have the same problem. i can find them in my models, npcs or player model lists. anyone know a fix?
