Why isnt it in my addons folder?
I wanted to import this model into vrchat, but whenever i check the addons folder, the models arent in there.

Since the last big update to gmod, addons no longer will download to the addons folder. They now download and are placed in the main workshop folder in steam like every other game now. You probably can't find it because the gmas only show their workshop id and not their name, you will have to manually go through them to find what your looking for.

I did and nothing was it, also how are we supposed to extract the bin like we could gma's with gmad?

gmod has been weird lately. For some newer addons the gmas dont appear yet they work just fine. I really wanted to port some of the HL:A models for pac but i guess not

You copy the addons number and go to the workshop folder, go to 4000 and then click search, and paste the addon number in. Then it gives it to you.
