Custom Factions How To
I wanted to give you guys the ability to make your own Faction Files and maybe contribute them to DUWS_X. It's not very complicated, just requires a little knowledge of ARMA ClassNames from EDEN. You can make a faction file in about an hour.

Don't extract the PBO
Copy/Paste your faction in-game using the CUSTOM FACTION option on HQ placement menu.

Please share your creations on discord and I'll try to add them to the main mission.

@Purple. Awesome. You need to "share" the file. I got access denied. Right click, choose share and click "share to anyone with link."

Messed around and ported NATO Winter by MALLINGA and CSAT Winter by STA|G Drunken for whenever someone wants to do winter maps. Kept it as close to the stock (arid) lineups, but I cut the AAF stuff for both factions since making the textures match would require another mod + made the M2A4 Slammer UP baseline for NATO for personal embellishment (I can change it back to the M2A1 if you'd prefer).

@hadradavus...thank you for this. I'm currently trying to test all the factions I've gotten from players and hope to add them to the next release. I'll let you know how it goes.

If I wanted to add a faction from another mod, could I just use the same process without creating an entirely new faction?
