oh sorry i didnt see this before now, are you all new to steam workshop? there is a big button below the images "subscribe", when you dont want the modification in your game anymore, you click unsubscribe

once you subscribe, you can launch the game, unless you are already in it, then it will show a download bar. when it is done, you can create or join a game, and the new medkit skin will appear
