Update log.
1 - 4 - 2014

- Made some changes due to problems with winterskins...
- Added some splines and splats (enviroment).
- Fixed some places where the snow wasn't showing properly.

Room for improvement, let me know.

Why'd you make the bridges broken? I actually preferred the ones leading up to the middle being built.
