Just wanted to say this is a fantastic mod. Definitely one of my favorites. My 2 suggestions to improve this mod would be
1. Option to change the max # of build slots
2. Option to change the state type of a state(i.e. rural, pastoral, urban etc...)

Ask the developer, it's not like sending a message in a suggestion thread the developer ignores will do anything.

I literally didn't even know this thread existed until now. So yeah, IMO it's a huge waste of time doing anything in forum threads as almost no one reads them. Better ask in the comments section, mod authors get notifications about that. :)
