Add a function for age to find and working
For now, the game default got a absurd logic. You will see a '0' or '1' or under '18' years old citizen to work in any workspeace. Also can see '0' or '1' or under "8" years old citizen to be a 'guest' to shops by themselves.
That's tears of laughter, what a ridiculous thing!!

So, mod can add the function to limit that, and make ture realistic of life.

Only 'Transport' function incompatible maybe 'Real Time' and 'Real City' mod.
When enable 'Use custom transport mode probabilities', game crashed when start a new game or loading a save with those mods. Disable 'Transport' function, and other functions work fine with those mods.

And missing those 3 translation ID in 'Transport' function: "Reset to defaults", "Revert to saved", "Save", they are no translation.
