Why tf SSSR attacks me in 1942 everytime ? i have Historical on so it doesnt make sense

Talking historical now, can we do something more about the Boxers? Due to the pitiful, pitiful state of divisions in 1900, with absolutely NO breakthrough or attack power, they are completely undefeatable.
This is just awful since Russia never joins the 8-Nation Alliance, but Japan does, dragging in everyone against the Russian Empire breaking the game into a rebellion from German and Austrian annexation.

EDIT: Did get fixed! Thanks a lot. Not only is it more interesting but also historical now.

Soviets were scared of war and Germany in 1939 so it wasnt who shot first
