Rebooting Hostile
The get hediff id for the check if hostile on res is looking for the old android tiers rebooting hediff to apply. It needs changing to the new rebooting hediff else on hostile res they will attack instantly and you cant arrest them. I fixed it my end anyway.

RebootingSequenceAT needs to be ATR_LongReboot

or simply create your own hediff
