Ive been seeing in the logs when the game trys to spawn an incident related to the civil medieval kingdom, it cant generate any pawns capable of violence and the event fails to go through.

If it matters, i have Powerful Psycast AI which means medieval pawns sometimes come with a psylink and use psy abilities.
