And post the specifics of your crash, any information is valuable. When it crashes, if it crashes doing a specific action, or only with a specific nation.
What DLCs do you NOT own, and if you're playing with any other mod.
About your other question, the files you'd have to send would be error.log, which is located under Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\logs
To send the error.log, you'd have to upload it to a website (mediafire, google drive, etc.)
Alternatively, you can just join the Discord server and directly upload it there
