Just tested it on latest version looks fine. Steam/Windows since there are multiple platforms. This game does a poor job of telling you what is effecting your stats. So almost certainly you had something was given you a -1 to endurance and thus is was appearing to not work.

I have seen radiation or drug addictions cause negative attributes without any UI notification that those effects where still ongoing.

Remove all equipment and armor and camp for a few days.

I was doing this in the character creation screen, it was the only distinction I selected at the time and it showed no increase to END. I can try it again however.

EDIT: Yeah, it's working again. Weird. Most have been some kind of random bug.

Some of the distinctions also give you -1 END. Could you maybe have just had one of them picked? Like Spay and Pray and the Sharpshooter one they would cancel out on the Endurance.

Anyway, glad it is working.
