Public Event ID's
As the title says, i have wondered what the ID's for the other Events are. Like is "winter" the ID for the February Event or where i can find the ID's

Event names:

Halloween is "pumpkin"

Winter is "HappyNewYear2020"

Operation Feburary is "ManDay"

The first two are. The last one I have not done a release since they added it.

Ability to forcing on global public events regardless of date: "neutron.publicevent" defaults to blank which means disabled. Event names: Halloween is "pumpkin", Winter is "HappyNewYear2020", and Operation Feburary is "ManDay"

Is the current line from the unreleased branch, just not doing a release to update a readme.txt file.
