Highlighting for NPC names/immediate display of NPC names during dialogue
I doubt an actual hightlighting for NPC names in the player's vicinity like e.g. Planescape: Torment is feasible, but would it be possible to force the display of NPC names when hovering with the cursor over said NPC or if not then the immediate display of the NPC name in the dialogue?

Use-case: having to talk to every NPC on the current map lest you miss a quest NPC is utterly tedious.
