I just do not have the time commitment such an endeavor would take.
You might ask on the general mod forum – possible someone else might be interested or of course you could make your own mod for it. The actual changes would just require the ability to modify simple text files.
Yeah, I imagined it to be a large undertaking if possible.
The ability to create a mod on my own is 0.
If the modding comes down to just editing text files with descriptive content I might manage.
The book trader has exactly what you are asking for, at least I think so. He has a set inventory based upon your level when you trade with him. So more items show up as you gain levels. No reason that could not be replicated to all the other places/traders in the game.
I know what changes I want, but considering my ability to code is and will always be 0: would you fulfil my feature request if it's just the following:
- KRZ weapon + armor merchant no longer use rolls to determine their stock and just incrementally increase their stock with additional character levels
- Lowering the prices on both about ~15-20% to lessen the heavy reliance on RNG events to get stuff to sell + rubles to be able to purchase something
