Seems to happen after first time use of fentanyl on a player.

We are tracking an issue right now with opioidRelief that seems to match what you are talking about. The opioids (morphine, fentanyl, nalbuphine) cause respiratory depression (which is coded) but it holds over and seems to just progressively get worse despite the opioids clearing out. But to be fair, A LOT of issues with SpO2 are coming from ACE SpO2 and its interactions with ours. So we are on it and tell you there are any news or updates :)

We are tracking an issue with opioids and SpO2. For the time being, do not use fentanyl or else your SpO2 will start crashing uncontrollably. If you do, put this in the patient's init and it will fix the issue:

_this setVariable ["kat_pharma_opioidFactor", 1, true];

For anyone coming by this thread, this issue has been solved as of the most recent update. If you still have this issue, make sure both you and your server's KAT mod is on the right version.
