Why does the head of metro police not register wounds? I mean it doesn't make sprites of holes, wounds, you know.

For some reason, I can't seem to get this mod to work, i've tried to uninstall and reinstall like 3 times, I haven't tried going into GMod's files yet, so hopefully that'll fix my problem.

So, for some reason the GMA File just doesn't exist in the addons folder.
Also, I looked into the folder in the comments, and it's called "783003219038286251_legacy.bin" and I have ABSOLUTELY no clue what that is or means, I'm guessing it's the file for the mod.
