The weirdest thing I see in the logs you posted is that your game may have gotten stuck doing something really weird with the seen cards and unlocks save files (STSSeenCards and STSUnlocks). All of the lines like the following seem unusual, and there's a ton of them -- seems like something was causing a ton of saving and loading of these files, which might have caused the game to hang:

I don't think there's anything in the Elementarium that would cause that, though -- it's built on the same framework as other alternate acts. If the game loads with just the Elementarium enabled and doesn't load with all the other mods enabled, you can try disabling the ones that are more complex and might be the trigger for this behavior. It might also be helpful to post the full list of mods you're using here -- it's not clear to me that this is going to be reproducible, but with the full list of mods it might be.
