In your server profile, there's a folder called "zSpawnSelect", and in that folder there's a file called SpawnLocations.json. that's where you do it.

I do not see a ZSpawnSelect folder or a SpawnLocations.json. I am using a local server (downloaded through Steam). Default folder is DAYZServer and the only folder related to zSpawn is the @ZSpawnSelection folder.

Any suggestions?

You need to set a profile folder in your CMD.bat file that starts the server; if there is a -profiles link that's the folder where ZSpawnSelct will be.
