Make a folder in your addon directory (e.g E:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons) and make a folder, name it something like "Headcrab HLA Replacement" or something, and drag & drop the "materials" and "models" folder into that folder in the addon directory. Then you should be good to go

it was working last session but i didnt download anything since then, and its not working now
and for some reason the headcrab npc has no animation, it just slides sideways

Idk to fix it from replacing a headcrab
