I have this in GameUserSettings.ini is there a % chance to give out the TekNumUnlockAlpha? when killing an Enraged Shiny? Because one player is telling me out of 11 Enraged that have been killed have got zero TekNumUnlockAlpha. When I had it on TekNumUnlockAlpha=2 before it was reported giving out 1-2. But I only want 1.

This player does them a lot since I've been changing configs and tells me they still have tek to unlock. So either it's a percentage chance for TekNumUnlockAlpha or is ALL of the TEK not included? Or this player already has all of the available TEK unlock for Alpha Enrage?

UnlockTekOnKill=true
TekNumUnlock=-1 (Regular Shiny is meant to be -1 rather not have them get any)
TekNumUnlockAlpha=1
