Shiny Essences
... I want a shiny essence that I cannot obtain because the game isn't giving me one. There should be a way to spawn in a shiny essence...

You can only spawn in raw essences. For applying shiny buffs to existing dinos, use Shiny gun on wild ones or Debuff gun from Dino Storage mod to buff tames.
