Specific command to change a specific dino?
Is there a specific command to change the dino you're looking at to a shiny(not using the gun). I want a pygmy morelletops and i cant seem to get one with the gun(im on si). Or mabye a general command to spawn a pygmy morelletops?

No, there's no command. You should be able to select which variant to apply to a wild dino with the gun using Reload. Just keep clicking it untii the one you want comes up. Pygmy is in there, I'm sure.
