Too close spawning range
Im playing sp with my friend on a non dedicated server and the shiny dinos spawn really close to us. Pretty much on top of us or close to our base and it kinda feels like cheating since we dont need to travel the map to get to those rare dinos. Im using these mods:

Excalibur Tranqs
Structures Plus
Awesome Teleporters
Upgrade Station
MarniiMods: Hairstyles
Death Recovery Mod
Remove Cryopods
Dino Storage v2
Awesome Spyglass
Ultra Stacks
Shiny Dinos

Have you tried this?

Right-Click ARK in your Steam library, go to Properties, and on the General tab click "Set Launch Options", and in the box that comes up write:

-PreventHibernation

In my game, either they wouldn't spawn or they would basically spawn right next to me. Doing whats listen above fixed it. Now they spawn in all corners of the map.
