Ark Omega Compatibility
for example ark omega can have a dino spawn as a metal Dino so if i install this could a shiny metal Dino spawn? If not that's fine but could shiny dinos still spawn or will the mods conflict and mess up my game?

Any dino that spawns naturally on your map should be able to be picked up by Shiny, including mod dinos, so Omega dinos should be good to go. I haven't tested with Omega, but I wouldn't anticipate any conflicts.
