Can 2 shinies breed to make a shiny?
i've been wondering if you can make a baby shiny out of breeding [with sparkles not only color]

Nope. The shiny effects do not carry over when a shiny is bred, even when a shiny dino is bred with another shiny..
At most, you will get a baby with the base colors and stats from the parents.
To my knowledge, there is no way to breed 2 normal dinos and have the baby come out shiny, either.

Also, just in case you were wondering: No, you cannot clone a shiny. You will get a duplicate dino with all the same colors and stats, but without the shiny effect or special attribute.
