Someone joined randomly as part of an event which immediately kicked off a mayoral election for some reason, him included in it. I immediately kicked him out of the colony since I didn't want him... and later I realized the election wasn't resolving. Going into options and choosing 'election' immediately caused an error spam that didn't display any options for the election.

It is now permanently bugged.
