Chemical Fascination Mechanics
Quick question, when treating a pawn with this trait, is it still intended for them to ignore drug policies? I treated a pawn with this trait (giving him the drug free hediff), and while he hasn't had any mental breaks involving binges, he still uses drugs. How does this mechanic work exactly?

I think its supposed to just stop mental breaks

So it doesn't cure the trait, only it's symptoms?
