I should have been putting information about my updates here, rather than in comments, sorry!

As per my change note, I have updated the mission description in the description.ext file, as well as the relevant diary entries. There are two bugs relating to this:

When downloaded, that is what should be used as the mission description when the mission is selected under "SINGLE PLAYER -> SCENARIOS -> Steam subscripted content", but a bug means that what appears under the Description in the Steam, Arma 3, Workshop is used instead (same for image).

If you UNPBO the downloaded file and but the unpacked directory in the Arma 3\Missions folder, then the description included in the descripton.ext WILL be used, but not when it is packed in a PBO (the second bug). (Again, same for image).
