Some Feedback
Unless I'm missing something, the Scaffolding building seems to be objectively worse than the Simple Footbridge- it's unlocked later in the tree, decreases decor (footbridge neither helps nor hurts in this regard), and uses metal ore, which is not easily renewable, especially in Spaced Out!

Scaffolding has shortest construction time , it was designed for temporary use.

ah, okay. Just curious, how fast are each of the Scaffolding-like buildings built?

Scaffolding shortest , Catwalk longest ,Footbridge between the both.
I can't tell you the detail number , because that actually depends on how many construction skills your dupes have.

Clarification: What I meant by the speed at which they are built was: "What is the base time to construct each?" Also, what conditions would damage a Simple Footbridge or Scaffolding, but not the Industry Catwalk?

Base time to construct : Scaffolding 2s, Footbridge 12s, Catwalk 25s.
Only Catwalk made by steel can ignore damage, the others just similar to ladders, they take damage normally.
