BUG: Cannot remove the scaffolding before or after it's built.
Before or after you built a scaffolding, you can't remove it. You can click on it forever, it doesn't dissapear. Also when you place a blueprint of it, you cannot cancel it. I tried to cancel it using background buildings only, but it doesn't work. Stairs work fine, though.

If you have any MOD relate to blueprint placement or building deconstruction , that may casing this bug.
Try disable all other MODs and see if the bug still appear.
If you don't have any other MODs ,you can upload the save file which have this bug , so I can do the investigation.

I found the culprit: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2050314503&searchtext=advanced It's this mod. Without it, I can destroy them just fine. Perhaps you could be talked into making a compatibility patch?
