I dig the mod, but for some reason the icons don't show up. I see just a black bar as a background, no icon to the left.

Also, I noticed some English that isn't quite correct. I know it can be a pain in the ass for non-native speakers, so here's some suggestions for edits.

"killed itself!" to "committed suicide!"
"fell stupid and died!" to... nah, never mind, keep that one as is. lol!
"was killed by bear trap!" to "was killed by a bear trap!"
"is starved!" to "has starved to death!"
"was killed by the zombie!" to "was killed by a zombie!", or just "was killed by zombies!"
"was killed by the animal!" to "was killed by an animal!", or "was eaten by animals!"

This one is actually correct, but just for fun, "died from an explosion!" to "exploded!", or "blew up!"
