I have under 400 addons and the fps is still low
A week ago i had about 60 fps but now it avrages between 10-28 fps pls help me:missing:

Maybe you changed some settings on your PC or something but i'll give you some commands that may help you, since GMOD doesnt uses GPU that much, only the CPU.

Type these commands that will boost some fps, since you have a good CPU.

r_3dsky 0
gmod_mcore_test 1
mat_queue_mode -1
cl_threaded_bone_setup 1

it didnt i know for a fact my pc can run it but it always caps at 10 fps

How many cores are your PC using? Check on msconfig and tell me.

Well, since you have a good CPU for gmod, i would recommend you to enable ALL your cores and add more ram on msconfig. After that restart your pc and tell me if something changed.

it doesnt work its something about the map whats wrong not my pc

Then the best option for this is to uninstall some addons. Since you don't have a good setup and you're using only amd's graphics.
