Just look at somebody (and be near them) and it should target them when you use it.

Thanks, but it isn't that, what I was looking for. I wanted to know how to heal NPC. Now I know it's inposible.

Legit I tried E+R before reading this thread, I was expecting a change on who to heal but then it only made me scream
