Having this problem as well - looking for fix

Unfortunately I don't get notifications for new discussions threads so this sat unnoticed for a couple of months, but the "paused limbo" is caused by an event crashing while Toolkit was trying to run in the game's thread. You can use ToolkitUtils' !unstick command or load a map, navigate to "ToolkitCore" on the bottom bar, click "Twitch Toolkit", finally "Debug fix". Both methods describe should fix the issue. If it persists when using a Utils event, please feel free to submit a bug report here, on the Discord, or on the mod's issue tracker[github.com] if you're familiar with Github.
