Download the link in the description of the mod. (Yes subscribing is pointless, it dose nothing.
You should subscribe though if you want more!)

Open the People play ground files in steam, then open the secondary files labled people playground.

now go to your new downloaded file (the texture pack)
put it in the people play ground file.

make sure the downloaded file is labled as resources (not resources(1) or resources(2) )

click replace files.
