@BuTTerZeugZ, I think you have a conflict with another mod that modify zombies/animals "teams" (who fight who).

here is my modlist of my server, i cant see any mod that does that.

With default values, the priest is bulletproof.
This is to avoid players been able to safely shoot the master from a building window without taking any risk.
If you want to disable this feature set the "68" to 0 in the json
