* ExtinctionEvents -> Enable or disable extinction events (OSD / Element Veins)

Defaults:

[RagnarokPlus]
ExtinctionEvents=FALSE

better change value name..."extinction event" is another thing (map purge)

Does not work, cant get them to stop spawning unless i remove the event file in the mod dir as described in another discussion

I had to revert the version that added the event settings, I will put it back soon.

How do these work exactly? I wouldn't mind adding them, but how exactly do they perform on Ragnarok? Do they pop up everywhere? I haven't really done much extinction stuff on the actual map, don't want to end up doing something that the server wouldn't find fun.

They appear in fixed locations, the locations prevent construction.

little question, cant find the default option in my server ini. do i need to just type it in there?

Using Nitrado and don't have expert mode enabled for specific settings. Does this mean the events are disabled unless you add an entry into that file, or that it defaults to spawn them, and that is how you turn it off? bit confusing

Looking for same fix, will post if i find something. Cuz its really a problem to do all configuration angain via expertmode only to activate osd and element veins

I've tried not adding anything to my GameUserSettings and adding what is said above and yet, there are still City Terminals. Please any help will be greatly appreciated.

Important note: element veins spawn in the highlands if you activate this option. I turned it on after about a week of playing without it and was very surprised when there were veins next to my base (and not just in the desert like I expected.)
