I. I can't. To create. FACTION!..
I added a mod to my already existing save. I launched this save. I go to the "Settlement" tab, and then to the Colonies section. I click on the "Create a new faction" button. Every time I click on the "Create a new faction" button, it writes to me "The Orbiter has been set as Faction capital", instead of a window for creating a faction!!!
