hello Serena wont play an instrument. yes i have her checked in the mod options section.
and she does have instruments in her inventory. not sure if that matters.
also how do you get more then one follower at a time cause i saw that you have several people playing in that one screen shot

i tried it with another follower. the housecarl you from solitude.
I also tried uninstalling the mod, and re installing it.
nothing. am i doing something wrong...have i missed something.
please help me

Not sure, do you have a follower mod installed, or did you at some point in this playthrough and then remove it? That could cause an issue.

I have a merchant mod which allows you to have one of your followers attend your stand.
thats the only thing i can think off

Hmm. I don't know that it would cause a problem. One way to know for sure would be to quickly start a new game without that mod installed using Arthmoor's Live Another Life mod. Start in the Bannered Mare or Bee and Barb so that you can really quickly pick up a follower (Uthgerd or Marcurio) and test whether they will play music with you.
