Actual Problems:
A British Division starts in Dutch Ceylon.
Upper Dalmatia has a ? in its name.
Lower Albania (Voreios Ipeiros) has a hole into the abyss (the heightmap causes a texture issue).
Crimea owns an enclave in Russia.
The city of Klaipeda appears outside of the state due to the unit origin being outside the state.
Unite the continent focus for British Ab. gives Portugal a wargoal rather than British Ab.

Nitpicks:
I'd recommend either fully committing to the Ulster state (adding its southern provinces) or returning to Northern Ireland rather than just adding Donegal and calling it Ulster.
Despite renaming the city Gdansk the state is still called Danzig, same with Posen and opposite for Katowice which has its polish name under Prussian ownership.
Ukraina starts with a claim on Carp. Ruthenia but doesn't get a claim on the Polish land it needs to actually connect to this state.
The Isle of Man is called Man Isle for some reason.

-The enclave is a part of the lore, it's the Turks' access to the Volga-Don and the Caspian.
-The dynamic renaming system isn't fully functional yet, it takes a lot of time to prepare it for even a single state so I will have to overlook that problem for the time being.

is the national spirit "midwestern opposition" meant to stick around on the USA even after the midwest goes independent

The "inherit Canada" event title/text is broken, it just displays the event number.
(plus it should probably be "inherit Newfoundland", no?)

Im not sure if this is intentional or not but the united states' country tag is "UBA" instead of "USA"

I am playing as Greece and I got a Spanish event to offer vassalization to New Grenada.

When playing Poland you can't go any other focus than monarchy and in monarchy focus tree focus "Restore the Commonwealth" don't unlock any decisions and you can't take next focuses in tree

Yes you can. It states that you have to wait for the communist revolution to be able to take the other path. And Restore the Commonwealth is working fine, perhaps you are using another mod that is breaking it. Please read the focuses, effects and actually play the game for some time before reporting bugs.

The only other mods I use is Strategic View Adjustment, Coloured Buttons and Player-Led Press Conference. And I'm saying only about expansion tree, after Restore the Commonwealth I can't take War With Livonia and after Rodzaevsky-Bech Pact I can't take Reclaim the Ukraine.
