It's strange. Now I have 9 but am still missing 10 and 11

I was able to fix it! The colors seem to be bugged if Terriermon is pushed out of the first spot of workshop characters. Deleting all the custom characters and reinstalling w/ Terriermon first resolves the issue. Unfortunately the game seems to just shuffle characters at random sometimes so you may have to do this often
