GMOD with reshade raytracing and siren head and military fighting him is not great.

There is a little something i have issue with, when you lose him on a certain map (shared by his other siren head addon as well) he is lost, he does not pay attention to you at all when you lose'em, only time he does is when you get into his kill range. but the new update...ah the new update....

I have not tried the update yet lol so idk maybe the npcs are ignored by setting?
